Enterprise Estimate 6.0
from Carmel Software is an HVAC estimating software
package that allows you to estimate HVAC service
jobs, requisition parts for the job, and keep
track of billing. (Please note that this program
differs from Estimate 6.0, which is used for
new construction HVAC estimates.)
The Enterprise Estimate software program comes
in 2 versions:

- Enterprise Version:
This is the most powerful version of the software,
and it includes all the software modules including
the estimating, parts requisition, dispatch
alert, billing, central database, and architect
modules. It is able to handle many simultaneous
users, and is also able to store hundreds
of thousands of estimates, parts requisitions,
and billing requests.
- Lite Version:
This version includes the estimate, parts
requisition, central database, and a limited
architect module. This version requires only
Microsoft Access as the database, and it is
more appropriate for a small company with
a couple of estimators and parts people.

Estimate 6.0
Estimate 6.0 from Carmel Software is a software
package that provides you the means to estimate
new construction HVAC jobs. It includes a
comprehensive database with many types of
HVAC equipment, parts, metals, duct material,
liner and insulation, labor, and much more.
All of this information can easily be accessed
from the estimate spreadsheet so you can create
complete cost and labor estimates. After the
estimate has been completed, you can export
it to a custom Microsoft Word or Excel proposal
template to be presented to the customer.

such as Carrier, Trane, and York. This information

- A new and improved user interface (UI)
has been designed making the input process

line items such as HVAC parts, shop and
field labor, discounts, warranty values,
taxes, markups, subcontractors, and much
more.
- Estimate 6.0 includes a database of pricing
for 50,000+ HVAC parts from major manufacturers
such as Carrier, Trane, and York.
- It includes a parts requisition worksheet
so that the user can keep track of all parts
in the estimate, including part arrival
dates, supplier names, ship-to locations,
and purchase order numbers.
- It easily integrates with Loadsoft 6.0,
Residential 5.0, and Duct Size 6.0, allowing
the user to import parts and equipment information
from load calculation and duct sizing projects
so that a final estimate cost can be calculated.
- All estimate data can be exported to custom
Microsoft Word and Excel proposal templates.
